tmt brings three fighters to art of war fc 10 in beijing china
Tiger Muay Thai, brought Andreas Hesselback, Bernueng Sakhomsin, and Marko Huusansaari to compete in Asia’s largest Mixed Martial Arts promotion, Art of War FC. AOW, is held in Mainland China, and is broadcasted on Inner Mongolian Satellite. The first round is 10 minutes, with a 5 minute second round. If at the end of regulation there is no submission, TKO, or KO the bout is ruled a DRAW.
Competing in the main event Rajadamnern Muay Thai champion Bernueng Sakhomsin made his second professional MMA appearance against Dai Shuang Hai, a veteran who was undefeated in 7 professional bouts. Showcasing heart and determination Bernueng outclassed expectations and took the bout the full duration earning himself a DRAW for his efforts.
Andreas Hesselback from Sweden, faced AOW Superstar Wu Hao Tian in one of the cards superfights. Taking advantage of the Vale Tudo rules allowing knees and kicks to a downed opponent, Andreas threatened to finish the fight with vicious ground and pound from the standing position. A victim of poor timing, the Ref allowed home town favorite Wu Hao Tian critical time to recover when he relocated the fight in the center of the ring. After the restart Andreas gave up critical position allowing Wu Hao Tian the opportunity to scramble to the back securing the fight ending RNC 6:31 into the 1st Rd.
Marko Huusansaari faced National Chinese wrestler Guo Quan Liu on the main card. Marko a Lumpinee Stadium, Muay Thai veteran utilized his striking to intimidate Guo Quan Liu into scrambling for the takedown. After working himself up to the feet once, Marko quickly secured the Guillotine choke for the submission victory over 8 ½ minutes into the first round when Guo Quan attempted another takedown.
