Fighting in the Governor’s Cup in Khabarovsk Russia, Ray and Ngoo were treated to a special VIP trip to a former KGB Military training compound. They were given a brief weapons demonstration, and then were given the opportunity to shoot all the weapons displayed by the Russian Military.

The Fights where shown on a National Television Broadcast. Ray was the Co-Main event of the evening facing DEEP Japan Fight veteran Djalili Salmanov. Ngoo making his International Debut faced a Chinese K-1 Veteran with over 80 Kickboxing fights on his resume.
