bjj black belt tony eduardo gives a free nogi grappling seminar
Professor Tony Eduardo Lima of the Gracie Barra BJJ competition team is a world class black belt. Eduardo was the 2005 ADCC Brazilian Qualifying champion and in 2007 won a Bronze medal at the Nogi Mundial tournament held in California, USA.
Recently spending 6 months teaching BJJ in Shanghai China Prof. Eduardo decided to fine tune his ground skills with some Muay Thai and MMA training. Having spent the last 2 months training at TMT Tony hosted this seminar free of charge to all the guest and fighters training at Tiger Muay Thai.
Notable seminar attendees included; UFC vet’s Jon Fitch and Brodie Farber, former Purdue University wrestling captain Nate Moore, and MMA Phuket instructor Ray Elbe. Following the seminar Tony Eduardo awarded MMA Phuket standouts Wiktor Svennson and Andreas Hesselback the rank of Blue Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Prof. Eduardo is expected to stay at TMT until December when he is set to return the USA and begin teaching BJJ in Florida.
