With 3 separate training areas for the Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced guests Tiger Muay Thai commits themselves to maintaining a low student to instructor ratio. Currently TMT has over 25 trainers to select from.
Having a variety of instructors allows fighters to select a mentor whom has a similar style and philosophy of fighting as their own. Recruiting instructors from Bangkok and other “prestigious” regions of Thailand, TMT has put together a core of “superstar” instructors that very few gyms can compete against.
Below we have selected a few of the notable instructors currently at the Tiger Mauy Thai training facilty.

Holding the rank of Ajarn, Mac is the highest ranking instructor at the Tiger Muay Thai facility.
Born August 16th, 1958 Mac grew up in a family with strong connections to Muay Thai. Training under his uncle, former Ratchadamnern champion Yodthong Sahaisurk Mac had his first fight at the age of 10.
Competing regularly Mac amassed an amazing record of 146 wins and only 50 losses. During the prime of his fighting career Mac competed on Thai television beating notable fighters Ruan Pair Sitwatnang and Wichannai Pornthaw on his way to capturing the Esan Championship belt.

Pichai Maitong “Gae”, was born in 1971 in Surin, Northern Thailand. Muay Thai runs in Gae’s family, his brother Pairot “Koi” was a 3 time Lumpini champion and won the awards for stadium fight of the year two consecutive years.
Gae first started training at 10 years old and fought soon after. Moving to Bangkok at age 17 to train at the famous Kiatsingnoi camp, where many of the TMT trainers built their careers (Samart, Neung, Robertlek, Rattanasak). Gae first fought at Rajadamnern stadium in the 100lb division, before eventually becoming a superstar of Onesongchai, the biggest promoter in Thailand fighting regularly on National Broadcast Television. During Gae’s prime he fought the biggest names in Muay Thai, the sport had to offer, such as Orono, Attachai, Thongchai, Chatchai and Yokthai Sitor. Competing in a legendary weight class at historic Lumpini Stadium, Gae was ranked as high as third on their divisional rankings.
Gae officially retired from Muay Thai fighting at the age of 27, with over 250 fights and 17 years worth of competition. Recently, Gae was featured in Muay Siam magazine (the biggest Muay Thai magazine in Thailand) as their trainer of the month.

Robert a.k.a “Terminator” was born July 7th, 1980 in the Yasothon Province of Esan Thailand. Training under his uncle Sakpanya Sor. Sak Panya, Robert mastered his technique, having his first professional fight at the age of 10.
With over 150 fights (est. record 100 wins-50 loses) Robert has several notable wins, including victories over Naruenart Phet Phaga Thai and 5x World Muay Thai champion Jomhod Kiatadisak. On the Island of Phuket Robert has captured the Bangla and Patong boxing stadium championship belts and regularly defends them against opponents flown down from Bangkok.
Having taught Muay Thai internationally in the UK for the world famous London Shootfighters gym, Robert has a Muay Thai style that is very friendly to MMA.

Nazee is one of the most experienced fighters on the island of Phuket. He was born December 17th, 1977 in the Trang Province of Thailand.
Nazee began fighting professionally in Muay Thai at the age of 7 and has competed in over 250 MT fights. Estimating his record to be around 180 wins and about 70 loses, Nazee is a true veteran.
Nazee has won three of the larger belts in Southern Thailand, and has an impressive win over Kharuahard Sor Suphawan. Besides Muay Thai, Nazee also has 30+ boxing fights on his professional record.

Phathet is a true veteran of Muay Thai with a professional record of around 180 wins, and only 70 losses. Currently ranked as one of the top fighters on the Island of Phuket, Phatet has successfully defended his Bangla Stadium Title 9 consecutive times!
Competing as a pro Boxer, Phatet has an impressive career record of 14 wins, and only 2 losses - one of those being Australian sensation Michael Katsidis.
On his way to beating legends Nuengsiam Kiatwichian, Chernghern, and Chaitate, Phatet has traveled the world fighting in France, Holland, China, as well as Australia. Recently Phatet was instructing Muay Thai for the famed MMA Shooters gym in Sweden.

Born August 19th, 1983 in the Surin Province of Esan Thailand Samart began his training under Mr. Chome Charuenkhai. Having his first fight at the age of 13 Samart is now a veteran of over 270 fights.
Excelling in Muay Thai with a Carrer record of around 200 wins with only 70 losses Samart looked to prove himself as one of the best boxers in the country of Thailand. Having fought in over 20 professional boxing matches Samart’s carreer is highlighted by twice capturing the prestigious Ratchadamnern Stadium Boxing Championship.
With notable wins against Phongsing Kiatchansing, Lukhin C.P. Gym, and Chuphong Bor. Khor. Sor. his resume speaks for itself.

Born September 13th, 1986 in the Surin Province of Esan Thailand Ngoo began his training under Yod Khun Sab. Por Phong strang.
Ngoo is one of the more active fighters competing for TMT and has a professonal record of around 80 wins with about 50 losses.
Capturing local Phuket championship belts for both Patong and Bangla boxing stadium Ngoo has started transitioning his focus from Muay Thai to MMA. Competing in Submission Grappling Ngoo has won Silver Medals at the Southeast Asian Grappling games as well as the FBT BJJ-Sub Grappling tournaments.
With a professional MMA record of 2-2 Ngoo has already fought MMA internationally in China and Russia, and owns the prestigious honor of winning the first ever Thai Vs. Thai MMA fight on the island of Phuket. Ngoo speaks excellent English and is a good instructor for fighter looking to compete in MMA.

Born January 2nd, 1989 Ritt is only 19 years of age and is already a veteran of over 120 professional Muay Thai fights. Born in the beautiful Chiang Rai province of Northern Thailand Ritt began his training under Kru Chaidate Kiatchansil.
With a career record of around 80 wins and only 40 losses, Ritt has used his powerful left hook to establish himself as one of the top boxers competing in the Phuket Muay Thai stadiums.
With notable wins over Kange Kla Sor Khamsing, Phet Phanang Phor Pisot, and Sanwichate Singthakham, Rittadate has fought some of the best in his division while capturing several prestigious championship belts in Northern Thailand.

At only 25 years of age Berneung has established himself as a Muay Thai Superstar in Thailand. Born in the Sisaket Province, he began training at 8 years of age at the Phayak Sor Thanikul gym. Having a career record of around 180 wins, and 70 losses Berneung has proven his reputation with wins against Jomthap Klang , Saengaha Sarakham, Yokkhaw Bor. Chor. Vo 2, and legend Big Ben Chor Praram 6.
Besides being a former Ratchadamnern champion, Berneung also held the WMC championship belt. He is currently ranked #8 in the 140lbs Lumpinee Stadium division, and #10 in the Thailand 154lbs country rankings.

Sairung Suwanasil was born April 30th, 1975 in the Nangkhay province of Thailand. He began competing in Muay Thai at the age of 8 after training under Kongwayha Pholpracha. Loving combative sports, Sairung has thrived in both Muay Thai and boxing.
Competing as an International boxer, Sairung is a former World Boxing Federation Champion with a phenomenal career record of 48 wins and only 13 loses.
Sairung’s 60 win, 27 loss Muay Thai career is highlighted with a victory over Sityodtong Pattaya legend Samart Phayakaroon.

Born December 11th, 1984 Thanwa has been fighting Muay Thai for most of his life. Thanwa first started learning Muay Thai from famed Esan trainer Kru Khamta Lunthaisong in the Burirum province of Esan Thailand.
With over 260 fights already under his belt Thanwa has experienced it all in his career. Estimating his career record to be around 190 wins with only 70 losses Thanwa has established himself as a named fighter in the Esan province, capturing many of the regions most prestigious championship belts.
With notable wins over Sodsai Tor Phaprodonge, Prabmode Singamai, and Thanupherng Kor. Bangkway. Thanwa finds it difficult to find fights against fighters living on the island of Phuket. Still an active fighter he usually headlines events at the local stadiums against fighters flown in from Bangkok to compete.

Born March 29th, 1989 Nompol is one of the top 147lbs Muay Thai fighter in Southern Thailand. With over 120 career fights, his record is close to the 80 win, 40 loss ratio. Born in the Burirum province of Esan Thailand Nompol started training Muay Thai under Khun Donge Phor. Thawatchai.
Utilizing his superior knee and elbow techniques Nompol traveled to the UK to beat Europe’s top Muay Thai fighter Liam “The Hitman” Harrison in June of 2007. Having headlined fights in Lumpinee stadium Nompol has other notable wins against Nuarphet Sakhomsil, Thoonthong ChartChatree, and Surarit Phet Nong Kee.

Born April 2nd 1977 Jaiphet is retired from fighting with 279 career fights. Born in the Nakorn Sri Thammarach province of Southern Thailand he began fighting as a young child while training under Kru Pratum Rattanaphan.
Capturing the prestigious Southern Thailand Championship belt in 2 different weight classes during his prime, Moo appeared in all of the top Muay Thai magazines and newspapers in the country.
Finishing his career with 191 wins and only 88 losses Moo is a Southern Thailand legend with notable wins over Srisatchanarai Sasi Prapha gym, Eakapol Yothin Phanawate, and Trakrowled Daterat.

Born January 28th, 1975 in the Trang province of South Thailand Dawtrang retired from fighting with over 350 fights. Starting his Muay Thai training as a young child he began training under Damrong. Inthongmark.
Competing in the competitive Muay Thai region of Trang, Dawtrang eventually established himself as one of the top fighters in the country. Headlining fight cards broadcasted throughout the county to millions of homes Dawtrang captured the prestigious TV Channel 3, and Tangmoe M-16 Championship belts.
With over 260 wins and only 90 losses Dawtrang has beaten many notable legends including; Saketdow Sor. Yupinda, Nuarphathaphee Tor. Anuson, and Kheawmorakod Phai Anan.
